Coulee Council on Addictions, provides confidential assistance, information, education and services to people of all ages dealing with substance abuse and other addictions.
Coulee Council was organized by a group of concerned community members as West Central Council on Alcoholism, Inc., in 1968. Their mission was to help people in crisis, informationand referral, and intervention. Today, Coulee Council on Addictions has evolved to encompass a variety of services including: Recovery Support, The Thomas E. NoelkeResource Center, Prevention and Education, Counseling Assessments, The Harm Reduction Program, as well as the initial Information and Referral, Crisis Management, and Intervention Services.
